Want to own a business in the USA but still living somewhere else?

Find the right business opportunity in the USA in 5 days.

Without flying back and forth or guessing who to trust. Five short calls with our founder give you a one-page plan: which business, where, and how much. Then our Miami team can open it and help you run it, while you plan your move from New York, Toronto, Bogotá or anywhere else.

The $100 call is credited toward the challenge. English and Spanish.

We didn't learn U.S. business from a course. We learned it running our own stores, after moving from India to Canada to Florida ourselves. Now we do the same for entrepreneurs from every U.S. state, Canada and Latin America.

Not from a course. From running our own stores.

Before you buy

Buying a business is not buying a paycheck

The news and social media say "buy a boring business and enjoy the profit." Size doesn't decide success. What matters most is whether the business suits your personality, your skills and your goals, and whether you can control it.

Houston, Texas

A buyer from Canada bought a cleaning company

The revenue looked great. Six months in, he learned the real job: when a cleaner doesn't show up, the owner has to cover or rehire fast, and most of the team speaks Spanish. The business didn't match his background or his goals.

Austin, Texas

A buyer bought an HVAC and plumbing company

The numbers were strong on paper. Then came the trade licenses, the rules, the tools and the technicians he had to keep. Every trade runs differently, and no one had explained that before he bought.

What we tell every client

You don't need to know everything. You need to know enough.

  • Buying doesn't mean you can keep your job and stay hands-off.
  • Plan for staff who don't show up, and for the language your team speaks.
  • Learn the licenses and rules of the trade before you sign.
  • Pick the business that fits you, not just your budget.

About us

We've made this move ourselves. Twice.

India Canada Florida, USA Also Dubai and Bogotá

Our founder, Vinay Sachdeva, built his first business in India, moved his family to Canada, and then to the United States. In Toronto he grew a services company from zero to about 80 employees and ran a construction business. He has also run consulting and short-term rental businesses in Dubai and consulting in Bogotá, and today runs our stores in Florida.

Before choosing Florida, he spent months comparing Texas, New York, New Jersey and California, the same places many of our clients are moving from.

The hard part wasn't the money. It was choosing a state, a city, schools and a business all at once, reviewing more than 70 businesses with unclear numbers, and getting advice from people who had never made the move. Every week spent figuring it out alone was a week of time and income lost.

For families moving across borders, money is rarely the biggest problem. Losing years of growth and time is. We made expensive mistakes so you don't have to.

Moving your life and your business is something you only fully understand once you've done it. We have, and we built Grupo Sineva so you can save the time we spent.

Questions

Before you book

Ask Sol
Is the $100 call credited?

Yes. The $100 is credited toward the 5-Day Business Fit Challenge, and the $1,000 challenge fee is credited toward your Business Entry Plan.

Can you get me a visa?

No one can promise a visa. We help you build a real, well-run business and keep its records organized. Visa advice and applications are handled by your immigration attorney, and we can introduce you to an independent licensed immigration attorney.

Do you sell businesses?

Business search and negotiation are handled by our licensed Florida realtors through a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Any commission is disclosed to you in writing and is separate from our consulting fees.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes. We help clients across the U.S. Our Miami team leads your project from start to finish, and our licensed partners in Texas, New York, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania and other states handle the local work: business and property searches, leases, construction and state filings. You keep one point of contact.

Do I need to live in the U.S. to work with you?

No. Most clients start while still living in another state or country. We meet by video and send weekly updates, and you can visit our Coral Gables office anytime.

Will you run the business for me?

You stay the owner and the decision-maker. Your manager runs daily operations, and we oversee, report and help fix problems. This keeps you in control.

The real reason people wait

"What if it doesn't work out?"

Most people who want to move don't stop because of money. They stop because of the questions in their head.

The fears that keep people where they are

  • What if the business doesn't work?
  • What if my kids don't like the new school?
  • What about the language?
  • What if the new area isn't safe?

But staying has risks too

  • People lose jobs where they live now.
  • Businesses fail there too.
  • Crime can rise anywhere.
  • Currencies fall and savings shrink.

If you're on the wrong bus, going the wrong way, the bravest thing is to step off and change direction.

Live fully, decide carefully. We're here to help you make the right decision, and we'll tell you honestly if the answer is "not yet." Talk it through with Vinay
